        Attorney Lee Xu is the managing partner and principal of this firm.         

        Before establishing this law firm, Attorney Xu worked for a wide range of clients in large law firms and boutique law firms in the U.S.

        Attorney Xu is an experienced litigation advocate. He has represented clients before NYS Supreme Courts, Civil Courts, Surrogates Courts, City Courts, Housing Courts, USPTO & TTAB, USCIS & BIA, U.S. District Court, and Bankruptcy Court in addition to NYS Government branches, such as Building Dept & OATH, Dept of Taxation & Finance, HPD, for wide-ranged cases.

         Mr. Xu has more than 15-year legal practice experience in Chinese business law and Intellectual Property law. Mr. Xu has totally helped clients register over 20,000 trademarks, 5,000 other trademark applications, 5,000 patent applications, and other cases in China, HK, the U.S., the U.K., Japan, Germany, EU, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, etc., through WIPO and mostly, directly in individual countries. He has helped clients incorporate or form more than 1,000 companies in the H.K., U.S., U.K., and other districts. 

          Not limited to the EB-5, EB-1, EB-2, and other family or employment-based visas to the U.S., Attorney Xu is familiar with the immigration laws of Hong Kong, the U.K., Canada, and Australia. 

          He also has extensive experience in M&A, security laws, trust & estate planning, bankruptcy, tax dispute negotiations and resolutions, matrimonial, real estate, and immigration law fields.
